  • About The Role

  • We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team. The role is exciting and involves working in a diverse and inclusive environment. The primary responsibility of the HR Manager is to create and implement a talent strategy that aligns with our company's business goals. In this role, you will establish a talent pipeline for future leaders and implement Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives to increase representation across the organization.

    We are looking for someone who is passionate about creating a welcoming and inclusive work environment. You should have a deep understanding of the human resources function, including employment law, performance management, and compensation and benefits administration. The ideal candidate is someone who has experience leading projects and cross-functional teams.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Create and implement an inclusive talent strategy that aligns with the company's business goals
    2. Establish a talent pipeline for future leaders
    3. Implement Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives to increase representation across the organization
    4. Provide coaching and training to leadership on how to effectively manage their teams and promote a welcoming and inclusive work environment
    5. Manage employee relations issues, including performance management and conflict resolution
    6. Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver HR projects and initiatives
    7. Stay up to date with employment law and HR best practices to ensure compliance with regulations

    • Trust: you know your strong points, what you are able to do and what you can do.
    • Flexibility: you adapt slightly depending on the situation and you are open to new ideas and people.
    • Energy: you like to work and you are willing to invest time and effort to achieve your goals.
    • Teamwork: you are a team worker, but you can also work individually.
