  • As a Store Manager you are given the autonomy to lead and run the store. This means you will have complete Profit & Loss accountability and are effectively managing your own business - a diverse, fast-moving business that serves thousands of customers every day. It means being an inspirational leader to hundreds of colleagues, keeping everyone focused and working as a team to deliver our unique brand of service.

    Our Store Managers are the driving force behind a great place to work and shop. It means uniting and inspiring a team to meet challenging commercial targets. As the Store Manager you set the tone, set the pace, and ensure your store is a great place to shop and work

    • Communication: you are able to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing and you admit that for a good communication you must know how to listen actively and extract the necessary information.
    • Leadership: you take the responsibility to achieve the set goals and take initiative without being told what to do.
    • Problem solving orientation: you are able to identify and analyse an/a existing/potential problem and find suitable solutions for each situation.
    • Trust: you know your strong points, what you are able to do and what you can do.
    • Flexibility: you adapt slightly depending on the situation and you are open to new ideas and people.
    • Energy: you like to work and you are willing to invest time and effort to achieve your goals.Teamwork: you are a team worker, but you can also work individually.

    Our offices are based on the outskirts of Kidderminster and easily commutable from Birmingham, Worcester, Wolverhampton, Stourbridge and the surrounding area… and we have loads of parking space too!
