We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team. The role is exciting and involves working in a diverse and inclusive environment. The primary responsibility of the HR Manager is to create and implement a talent strategy that aligns with our company's business goals. In this role, you will establish a talent pipeline for future leaders and implement Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives to increase representation across the organization.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about creating a welcoming and inclusive work environment. You should have a deep understanding of the human resources function, including employment law, performance management, and compensation and benefits administration. The ideal candidate is someone who has experience leading projects and cross-functional teams.

Our offices are based on the outskirts of Kidderminster and easily commutable from Birmingham, Worcester, Wolverhampton, Stourbridge and the surrounding area… and we have loads of parking space too!
