We are seeking a skilled and proactive Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of key projects within our organisation. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards, while managing stakeholder expectations and maintaining strong communication throughout.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and implementation of projects across departments.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and timelines.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
- Develop detailed project plans, track milestones, and adjust schedules as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
- Foster effective communication among project team members and stakeholders.
- Conduct project evaluations and prepare post-project reports to identify lessons learned.
Essential Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile, Waterfall).
- Excellent organisational, leadership, and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello).
- Degree in Business, Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Desirable Qualifications:
- PRINCE2, PMP, or Agile certification.
- Familiarity with change management and risk assessment strategies.
