We are looking for a new web developer to join our talented web team. The successful candidate will get the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and learn new emerging web development technology and techniques.

We have a small, friendly and agile development studio and are looking for someone who is ready to take the initiative and put their own mark on our work. You’ll be adaptable and accommodating, you’re great at listening to others and have no problems working to a brief. However, you’re not afraid to share your ideas and insights when appropriate.

You will provide slick, technical wizardry to our websites and digital campaigns and solve problems with custom web apps and web technology.

• Communication: you are able to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing and you admit that for a good communication you must know how to listen actively and extract the necessary information.
• Leadership: you take the responsibility to achieve the set goals and take initiative without being told what to do.
• Problem solving orientation: you are able to identify and analyse an/a existing/potential problem and find suitable solutions for each situation.
• Trust: you know your strong points, what you are able to do and what you can do.
• Flexibility: you adapt slightly depending on the situation and you are open to new ideas and people.
• Energy: you like to work and you are willing to invest time and effort to achieve your goals.
• Teamwork: you are a team worker, but you can also work individually.

Our company has a friendly, relaxed atmosphere with no specific dress code. Hours are flexible within reason, and you’ll have the opportunity to work from home when you need to.

Our offices are based on the outskirts of Kidderminster and easily commutable from Birmingham, Worcester, Wolverhampton, Stourbridge and the surrounding area… and we have loads of parking space too!

Our business has consistently grown, we are already ahead of plan for this year and it’s set to continue.
